How we help

Our Services

New Arrivals Institute (NAI) is a non-profit organization whose mission is:  Assisting refugees and immigrants with self-sufficiency and US Citizenship through education.

NAI's vision is to foster a "community that welcomes refugees and immigrants, providing them with the tools to achieve their goals.”

NAI programs function in concert with local service providers and community partners to provide clients with a comprehensive support system that effectively provides refugees with the tools, skills, and knowledge that they need to attain self-sufficiency.

NAI addresses barriers refugees face while working towards self-sufficiency. Through comprehensive Employment Readiness, Vocational Skills Training, English Language Training, Case Management and Educational programs including cultural orientation and health literacy NAI provides newly arrived refugees with the tools and knowledge needed to obtain and maintain employment, reduce dependence on public assistance and case management and achieve self-sufficiency.
